This text is a starting template based on kodalt's current features. Before going live, it is recommended that the [vergi/MERSİS numarası] alanının doldurulması ve bir hukuk danışmanı tarafından gözden geçirilmesi önerilir.

1. Acceptance

kodalt platformu ("Hizmet"), Sina Dijital tarafından işletilmektedir. Hizmet'i kullanarak bu Kullanım Şartları'nı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız Hizmet'i kullanmamalısınız.

2. Description of the Service

kodalt is a platform offering QR code generation, digital business cards, digital menus and related tools. Some features are free, others require a paid plan (as specified on our pricing page). The free static QR generator does not require membership.

3. Account Responsibility

You represent that the information you provide when creating an account is accurate.
You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for the following purposes:

Creating QR codes, links, or pages for illegal, fraudulent, phishing, or malware-containing content
Sharing content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
Sending automated/bulk requests in a way that damages or overloads the Service infrastructure
Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if usage in violation of these rules is detected.

5. Free and Paid Plans

The free plan includes limited features. The scope and prices of paid plans are published on our pricing page and may change without prior notice; for existing subscriptions, changes take effect in the next billing period.

6. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for damages arising from Service interruptions, data loss, or the use of content you create through the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the site.

9. Governing Law

Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir; bu şartlardan doğabilecek uyuşmazlıklarda Gaziantep Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.
